Master cutters select long-fiber yarns specifically for their resilience, laying out each yardstick-length panel with precise grain alignment before sending the pieces to dedicated hand-sew stations.

Neapolitan construction principles dictate the entire build. Artisans skip heavy interfacings, opting instead for soft padding, a completely natural shoulder line, and an open canvas that allows the jacket to flex and recover naturally. The notch lapel rolls organically without stiff backing, while double side vents and precisely angled patch pockets eliminate bulk. Each garment requires multiple working sessions to hand-baste the soft structure, slowly steam press the seams, and finish the edges by needle—a deliberate pace that guarantees the cloth moves independently of the frame beneath it.

Individual pieces differentiate themselves through their proprietary dye processes, producing six distinct tonal variations ranging from dark navy and charcoal grey to lighter sky blue and deep burgundy.
